The wait is totally frustrating. But I think it's normal for some woman to go longer before getting AF again. My doctor told me that it could take up to 8 weeks for it to return...but 4-6 is more around average. I am on CD 42 after a natural miscarriage on March 11th. I just ovulated four days ago on CD 38. I think it just took my body longer to regroup after the miscarriage, but I have been tracking my BBT and other fertility signs and can now see that my body has been returning to normal over the course of the past week and 1/2. When I experienced my first miscarriage almost 2 years ago, AF was back after 4 weeks, so I was expecting the same thing to happen this time around. I guess not only is every woman different, but the same woman's experience of loss can vary each time.
I`;m still waiting for AF its been 37 days, i actually took a PT just to make sure and of course it was a BFN.

After my m/c I bleed for almost 3 weeks and started my first cycle on day 35.

Hello, I am so sorry for your loss, we all understand the wanting to get right back at TTC after a loss, unfortunately everyone is different and there is no set in stone answer to that question. I had a natural m/c at 7 weeks, bled for 3 weeks, and AF didn't show again for 5 weeks. You will get a different story from every woman on here I'm sure.
