Welcome, this is a great group of very supportive women. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I think the general consensus is to wait until you get your first af before trying again. Ask 5 different docs and you'll likely get 5 different answers. Some will say 3 months, some longer, but most women here wait until the first af.

Have you asked your doc about supplements? I think that's where I would start on the supplements.
