I waited 1 cycle after D&C to try again.

I conceived again 3 cycles after that, but unfortunately it was another chemical loss.

My DR told me to wait 2 cycles but when I asked why she really didnt have anything to back it up. Prior to my D&C, it took me on avg 6m to get pregnant so I knew it wouldnt happen right away.

Good luck!

After my first miscarriage at 10weeks (natural), we didn't wait (doctor told us we didn't need to) and it took us another 13 cycles to conceive our DD. This time, I had a D&C (we had been TTC for 2 years before getting pg). It's been 5 months since my D&C and we're still trying (also didn't wait this time, except waiting until AF came for the first time - I was 12w3d when I lost my baby). But, I can't count it as 5 cycles. I'm at the beginning of cycle 4 since my D&C. So, we've only been TTC for 3 full cycles since my D&C.

I'm really worried about getting pg again, but I'm also really worried about NOT getting pg again. We have had SO many troubles with TTC and nothing seems to be "out of the ordinary" other than my progesterone levels at this point.

I hope that your TTCAM journey is short. Being pg after miscarriage is so hard. I've been there, too. But, it's definitely worth it all when you finally, finally get to hold that sweet baby in your arms. But, then again, I know that fear of getting pg is there, too, because of the fear of another miscarriage. It's SOOO hard.

After my D&C we waited 1 cycle like my Dr recommended and got pregnant the very next cycle. Unfortunately, that one ended in miscarriage as well. After that, it took me 9 months to get pg. I know how streesful and scary

I had a missed m/c in May at 9 weeks. I had a D&C as they suspected it to be a molar pregnancy. When it turned out not to be molar, I was told to wait 2 cycles by

trying2hope, I'm the same way - my parents had no trouble having 3 daughters. My in-laws had no problems having 4 children. My sister-in-law (DH's sister) and her husband had troubles TTC their first, but then found out that they were not timing things right, ended up using OPK's and within a month or two, they were pregnant with their first and then their 2nd was a surprise. My brother-in-law (DH's brother) and his wife have had no troubles TTC either of their two children (in fact, they are highly fertile and have to be super careful, even on birth control). My sisters and my one remaining SIL are not married, so have no kids, so I can't vouch for their fertility (although my one sister had a "oops" that resulted in ectopic and she has no desire to ever have any kids since then - wasn't even thrilled with the idea back when she ended up pg - but that's another story). But, I know how you feel...it's hard not to compare, but you just sometimes do...and then that's when the "it's not fair" thoughts pop into your head. I try as hard as I can to stay away from those thoughts, but some days it's just hard. (((HUGS)))
