Aimee - You call it "beating a dead horse," I call it refusing to let you or anyone else put words in my mouth or warp the entire discussion by inserting straw men.

Julia, honestly, just let it go. you are beating a dead horse. It was not my idea to "bury" this post. It was the choice of the current TTCAM members here. Please respect their wishes and be done with it. If you feel you need to argue and debate some more, there is a board for that on IV.

I want you girls to know that I had no intention of replying to this...I have been here for a year and some odd months and I have seen this types of discussion come and go time and time again. I have learned through experience that the best way to difuse a situation like this is to stop replying. The only reason I am posting to this thread at all is so that you all know that I am *here* and I am reading, I choose not to fan the flames. Love you girls...

Julia- The great thing about these boards is you don't have to agree with me. You are entitled to your opinion.

As for people removed from the situation opinion not meaning as much, does that mean Torie's m/c in 1999 didn't mean as much when she was on the boards in 2005 because her next one was in 2006 and others m/c were more recent? No. Not at all. Do my m/cs not count because I have 2 healthy boys. No. it's absurd to think that. Whether someone had a m/c yesterday or 50 years ago, it still hurts and we all remember what it feels like.

I have not been away from this board for one second. I am here every single day, checking on you ladies. As for the criticizing, yes I totally believe that. I posted quite a bit the first 6 months or so I was here. Then things changed. Woman were attacked for no reason. So I, and most likely others, quit posting. There was always a fear in the back of my head, and probably others, that what I had to say would make someone to post an angry reply instead of support. Who knows, that may have been the time you came on the board.

The title of this post was about inspiration. Now, you know what that means. It has always meant the same thing. If you didn't want to be inspired, then you shouldn't have even read it. I think you just read it and posted because you like causing drama and pain, so others feel the same as you.

People who believe in God, any God, trust in their religion. She was in no way shoving her religion on you, she was simply letting us know what worked for her.

Are you going to attack me too because I also believe God had a hand in all my pregnancies?? My first son took 3 years to conceive. and my second 2 months. With my current one, after 2 years, 5 rounds of Clomid, 3 m/cs, right before I was to start new fertility meds I get pg out of the blue. We DTD 2 times before O. I believe it happened in his time, no matter how much I tried to intervene.

Basically, it comes back to, if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. Just because you have a voice, doesn't mean it has to be heard on every single topic. If others do feel the way you do, well, they took the high road.

Hi Aimee - I don't agree with you at all re: the thoughts of non-participating members who've been away from these boards for many years carrying the same weight . . . especially those who are no longer TTC and are obviously so far-removed from the experience of it.

Andrea thank you for your post. Though I do not agree with all of it, I can understand where you are coming from. I am glad you got your miracle.
