Hi, welcome and sorry for your loss.
Whether you can have another child depends on a lot of things - is this your first m/c? If so, a lot of times, unfortunately, miscarriages just happen for no reason, and many women go on to have another normal, healthy pregnancy. After my first m/c, my doctor told me that about 85% of women who have a miscarriage, go on to get pregnant again and have a healthy child.

Also, you said you are in your 30's - are you over or under 35? I am over 35, and after age 35, your risks of problems and infertility goes up, so that could impact things as well.

I hope you heal quickly and go on to get a healthy, sticky bean!

Hi, I'm sorry for your loss. Your chances for another miscarriage does increase with age, as well as other pregnancy related problems. You could talk with your OB about it and see if he/she has any concerns. One miscarriage does not necessarily mean you'll have another miscarriage.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
