She looked over my charts and medical history. She did an u/s and said I have a lot of cysts on both ovaries. She also did a ton of bloodwork which I should get back this afternoon or tomorrow. She suspects PCOS still. Depending on the results, she might put me on metformin. If/when I get my next +OPK, she will do another u/s and b/w. If that b/w shows low LH, she'll do a trigger for me.

So I like this plan a lot. Unfortunately, this is the only cycle we can do this for since insurance won't pay for it again. It's also hard timing because if I don't ovulate before CD17, I will have to drive 4 hours each way to come home from vacation at my parents' house to get the u/s, b/w, and trigger.

So please send some early +OPK vibes! I may just get some digitals to confirm those "is it positive" sticks.

I hope so! The nurse wrote a script for it today. Once I get the results of the b/w (today or tomorrow), I can get that filled and start right away!

Kate, I already replied to your other post but I wanted to let you know that Metformin helps a LOT of women (a LOT) with PCOS O on their own and it is not a fertility drug which I'm sure you know. Does not cause multiple follicle growth at all. I think Metformin might be your ticket to O'ing again!

Driving 4 hours during vacation to go to the doctor would not be fun! Good luck to you.

+OPK vibes coming your way....
That would kind of suck to have to drive 4 hours if it doesn't happen in time. I am glad you have a plan from your RE.
