AF showed on Monday morning and I was so happy to see her. Now we can stop the waiting to begin period and enter TTC land again. I'm up late tonight though - got woken up because AF all of a sudden came on super strong and I'm going through Super tampons every hour and a half. Anyone else have a really heavy first AF after D&C?

I naturally m/c my first and the first AF was worse then the bleeding of the natural m/c. I also had some major cramping. In time it got better...closer to "normal". I would just watch it closely, since you are going through so many super tampons so quickly. If it gets any heavier, I would call the doctor. Congrats to entering back into ttc land officially!!!
how long did you wait after D&C?
I had a trickle of blood in toilet after 3.5 weeks, so I'm expecting my next one to be WOOSH!!!! Still waiting tho!

AF began five weeks to the day that I began spotting. Today (CD3) is five weeks to the day since D&C. I hope she comes soon for you too!!
It's been 2 weeks past d&c and I am still spotting...Has this happened to anyone? I just want it to end.
I was still spotting off and on after two weeks. At about 2.5 weeks it finally cleared up completely.. HTH.
Chrissy, yes, I've read where women continue to spot for weeks after D&C.....I've done soooo much research on other boards. I know it's frustrating. Every wonen's body reacts differently to D&C. I've had simply nothing (except a trickle of blood), since D&C & I am going on six weeks now!

Thanks Kiki and Erica. I really hope it clears up soon before vacation next week. It has all been brown so I know its old nad small clots. Everyday there seems to be less and less so I am very hopeful. Erica I am hoping for the best for you as you enter back into ttc land again. I hope to be there with you soon! Kiki, I hope your spotting leads to AF in a day or 2.
