I was going to guess 2-4 weeks for the genetic test results.

Im sorry that your DH isnt on board with trying again soon. Men deal with grief and loss differently than we do. You probably want to talk it out, whereas he just might want to internalize everything and would rather not discuss it. I hope he can open up to you soon though - I know it is really really hard when you and your spouse are not on the same page about TTCing again. Maybe if you give him a week or two, and let him have some space, then you'll be able to come back and talk about it, after you've both processed it all a little bit more. I hope so. I can hear the biological clock tick-tick-ticking....

Kathy,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is. I have no idea how long the genetic testing takes. I just wanted to send hugs.

Mine took 3 weeks. There was almost a lab mistake w/ ours, but I called and cried at the laboratory manager and miraculously they fixed whatever problem was happening. Remember that most genetic errors are problems with cell division and not something passed down from the parents.

So sorry and best of luck to you. I hope your DH comes around and you two can make the hard but good decisions for you.
