Totally agree with Tee on the progesterone - it's a can't hurt, but could help medication. We were not sure if my 2 losses were due to my short LP or low progesterone, but when I told my RE that my LP was on the short side, he said "well, we'll put you on progesterone just in case." I took it until I was just about 10 weeks with this PG.

Now, some REs or OBs will tell you that the progesterone doesn't do a thing - and they might be right about that. But hey, if it doesn't hurt and could help, I figure why not take it!

As for the difference in your cycle, well, I think definitely after a m/c, cycles can vary. It sounds like yours is only 1 day different than before, which really sounds like a normal variation.

GL with triggering tomorrow and the IUI on Saturday! Keep us posted!
Kelly, mom to 4 year old Lexi, wife to Rob TTC Number 2 since April 2010, with a loss in June 2010 at 4.5 weeks, and a loss in April 2011 at 8 weeks (possibly ectopic). Saw the RE in May 2011, we were moving forward with testing and an IUI when we

Progesterone is one of those medications that it won't hurt anything to take it and it certainly could help. So, if you're being given the option, I would definitely take it. It might be a pain in the neck to do, but I think that if you ended up not taking it and had another m/c, you would always wonder, "what if..." I would personally take it. It can't hurt.

Good luck with your trigger at home and your DIUI! So excited for you!
