I think I'm in love...

...with my RE. I went to my appt. today thinking it would be a basic exam and talk about scheduling tests. It was not. She did both a Saline ultrasound and an HSG which both came back normal (good to know) It looks like my right tube is slightly blocked (To which I have to say my left ovary must be rockin it out) and she ran about 20 different blood tests and is having me come back after I O for a progesterone test. She's thinking about doing a laproscopy just to make sure my endometriosis is under control. In a nut shell she was awesome. I didn't have to fight for anything she just offered it all up.

I'm feeling much better than yesterday I'd just hit a low point. It feels so much better feeling like I've actually done something even if it was just tests, anyways just wanted to give an update and say that you all are awesome and if you live in VA area I highly recommend the RE at Martha Jefferson.

I am glad you had an awesome appt and she is willing to do a bunch of tests. I hope your insurance covers most of it (I can't remember if you mentioned that before). I think you will finally get your earth baby.

Good luck :)

Isn't it wonderful when you feel like someone else can take control for awhile?

That's fantastic, Gina! I hope that you get some answers soon and a new plan of attack! :) And I'm really glad you're feeling better today...I hate it when my ladies are blue!

Because of hemorrhaging all of my m/c's happened in a hospital so they did chromosomal testing on all of the fetal tissue so that's how we know. The only ones I didn't know were the blighted ovum (but I was sure it was a boy) and this last one happened really early so I don't know on that one either. For this last one I just tried to pick a somewhat neutral name, if that makes sense. HTH!

Thanks everybody! I was totally prepared to have to fight tooth and nail for tests and I'm so glad I didn't have to do that. It's nice to know that there's someone in my corner!
