Rather than flooding the board with multiple posts about my cycle, considering its not your usual TTCAM, I will just have this thread and update here as needed.

I had my first u/s today. The call-back nurse said to take my last BCP tonight and let AF arrive this weekend (should be brief since she said my lining was expectedly thin). I will start stimming on Monday: 175IU Follistim

I had my CD5 appt today. She counted and measured 20 follicles all between 5.9 and 8.8mm. Because so many in such a tight grouping, she put me on an OHSS diet for the next 4 weeks. In fact, the

wow, that's some follies girl!!! talk about a good response to the meds. lol.
When you said you are on an OHSS diet for the "next 4 weeks" did you mean 4 days or weeks?

The good news is that you are definitely responding to the meds and you will get some great eggs at the retrieval! FX for you. keep us posted.

Actually, I think its more like 3 weeks. I have to be on it for at least a week after ER.

I drank my 3L yesterday which is just a crazy amount of fluid let me tell you. But I am so serious about doing this right and not messing anything up. At dinner I ordered vegetable soup and it came w/ some noodles in it. I didn't even eat them b/c the diet said NO carbs. I took the croutons out of my salad too. So sure enough I got home and was still hungry (dunno if it is the diet or the hormones) but I ate a protein bar and drank yet another bottle of water. I am an overachiever and when I decide to do something I am pretty tenacious...so I got this diet totally beat. Maybe I'll be so good at it, I'll stay carb free after its done! Looking forward to seeing my follies again tomorrow and see how they've grown. Hope my estrogen level slows its incline.

Things seem to be going well! Now before any of them reach about ten there is still just no telling which will fall back in the race and which will start to grow much faster but the fact that they had you lower your dose is GREAT news. I know you probably mentioned it, but when is your next follicle check?
