Carmela, dont feel guilty for crying and feeling the way you do. Sure, some people have worse situations than yours, but what you are going through is REAL and PERSONAL and SCARY!!! It is ok to cry. Let yourself feel whatever you are feeling, and dont feel bad about it.

I hope that you have the chance to talk over the surgical options with DH and your RE soon. Maybe speaking directly to your doctor about it instead of someone else will give you the information and confidence that you need to make the right choice, whatever is the right choice for you.

Oh Carmela...:(

I know how it can all seem so hopeless. I wish there was something magical I could stay to make you instantly feel better but I CAN say that we ALL know exactly how you're feeling.

Life is never easy and it seems that obstacles are always getting in the way. I would just try to take it one cycle at a time and not stress about the possibilities of surgery. I know, I is easier said than done. I really hope you get your sticky BFP so you don't have to consider surgery. Hugs........
