That *does* sound a little harrowing sweetie, sorry for all the trouble. I know as ttc girls it is our job, no our DUTY to overanalyze, prepare ourselves for the worst. With that being said, I think the cramping and the feelin.g you usually feel are great signs that the little dudes made it to their destination. And about the 2+ on quality, its not like they have far to go. I could see being concerned if you were just bd-ing, but those suckers will find their way. Sure its easy for me to say this to you, but I know if I was you, i'd prolly wanna smack the taste outta my mouth :P Overall, and with all my medical training, I think your chances are pretty good this time. Fx'd sistah!

progression is what? how well they are swimming? eh, I wouldn't be concerned about that - they don't have to swim very far, right?
that sounds like a crazy IUI and I'm sorry it went like that. I don't think that it's bad though - I think that still sounds successful in terms of the follies and the sperm. of course, the real measure of success comes in a few weeks.
I'm glad you got it all out here to us on iV, but try not to worry - at this point, it won't help anything and I think that doctor would have been upfront with you if there had been a problem. xo.

Sounds like it went good to me, but I'm on the outside looking in. I know it's always worse (in TTC) to be on the inside looking out.

FX that you're getting knocked up!

See below - it says 2 + is normal but in the chart it says it's slow oh well, I am gonna focus on the fact that they say 2+ is normal.

You know, when you get your BFP this cycle and once that beautiful baby is old enough to understand, he/she needs to know the lengths you went through to have him/her... Good lord - what an ordeal... Hugs girl and FX that this is IT!

Hey Chelle, sorry, I would have probably passed out cause I am a wimp. I hope those 27 mil are swimming as we speak. I'm so crossing everything for you this cycle. I hope the difficulty of today brings great results in 2 weeks. GL!!!

Well a 2+ looks better than a 3- on that chart (at least they are moving forward). I know it wasn't as smooth as you had hoped but I still think your IUI sounds like a wonderful chance this month. The big early follies, the 27 million on board (maybe they were a little slower because there are so many of them, traffic jam). Fingers crossed, but it sounds like it is all good.

Barb - i was thinking EXACTLY the same thing. I think I'd rather have slow swimmers that know where the heck they are going than fast ones with no sense of direction. I mean, c'mon, does it matter how fast they are swimming if they can't get pointed towards the egg?

Hate that it was so hard for the doc, but things sound promising!
