Dr apologized profusely for wait & said it was ridiculous. They gave me free parking. OOo

Anyway, hysteroscopy showed everything looked good. Clear uterus, clear openings to tubes. U/s showed 13mm follicle on RT ovary & 5-6 smaller ones & 5-6 smaller ones on left ovary. She said lining was 7mm @ CD7 which is right where it should be.

She said prolactin & MTHFR were fine.

They did STD tests, which unless Im missing something should be fine.

So come on baby!!!

Yep, 18mm is considered mature in an unmedicated cycle.

And a triple striped lining is IDEAL! Again, perfect!

Thanks for your assessment Dr Michelle :)
I thought 22-25mm was what I needed so good to know lower #'s for nonmedicated.

Also she did say my lining my triple layer which I just googled is a good thing :)

Big bucks, no whammies!

A CD 7 13mm follicle is PERFECT. Figure a 1mm growth a day on the low end and 2mm a day on the high end. You want about 18 at maturity for an unmedicated cycle so you should O no later than CD 14 on the very outside assuming you continue to grow as we expect. It will be an interesting experiment LOL.

Having a bunch of smaller ones is also super normal and only having one is typical of an unmedicated cycle. Most women only have one lead follicle and ovulate one egg per cycle.

Things sound exactly as they should at this point in your cycle as oddly disconcerting as that can be sometimes.

Ya you are exactly who I thought of when they said 'everything looks perfect'.
Great! Um now what?

So whats your opinion on a CD7 13mm follie? There was only the one worth anything & I wasnt even expecting to get this glimpse at them! ALl teh other were like 5mm or something. Weeny teeny. Now Im counting days of growth etc..

K, I really need to get off of iVillage and get some work done here . . . just wanted to say I'm glad to hear that everything looks fine! Don't blame DH's sperm just yet--he might get a performance complex!

Oh, and grow, follies, grow!

No jumper cable.
They put needles over my ovaries though.
The problem is I was supposed to go tonight but can't as I have to go to DHs family, so I won't go again until Sunday, CD 11, its still early for me to O though.
How big does your follicle have to be to be released?

Part of me is happy everything looks fine & part of me then says 'what gives'. Im gonna start blaming DHs sperm!

Grow follies grow!!!! Does your acupuncturist do stim on you prior to O? (she hooks up jump cable looking things to the needle on your stomach?) Mine does and it helps stim those follies to grow...

FX for you girl - hoping this is your cycle!!!!
