Well, after my sono on Friday (CD 12) where all of my follies were < 10 and lining was 5.5, I went back this morning.

I asked the nurse if there was anything I could take to help the follies grow faster and she said no.

Aryn, I'm sorry you didn't have anything mature today:(

It's really not likely your weight loss or chemical is causing you to O late. You only lost a few lbs and it really takes a pretty significant rapid weight loss to interfere with O'ing.

You don't seem to be responding great to Clomid - can they up your dose or are you already on 100mg? If you can't up your dose anymore, I really wouldn't waste anymore time on Clomid - if you can afford it, move up to injectables!

:( Yeah injectables are a TON more money. With no insurance it's about $800 for meds and about 6 follicle checks at $300 or so a piece. BUT they will almost CERTAINLY make you O earlier unless you don't respond to the meds at all which is possible but not likely. If you can afford it, I would go for it - otherwise, up that Clomid dose!

Hi Aryn... like Michelle said, the injectibles tend to make your follies grow quicker.

Nessie - you will read differing opinions on whether late O contributes to m/c.
