Happy but Scared!

Hi Ladies!! Well Thursday afternoon I decided to test with the 6 days before FRER (I was 9DPO) in the afternoon despite the continuos drop in my temps and I got a line soooo faint that DH said that I was imagining it but I know it was there. So Friday morning another drop in temp but I tested again with another Frer but this time FMU and I got another faint line but this one was visible to DH so this morning I got a jump in my temps :-) and I tested again FMU with another Frer and I got another faint line but much darker that yesterday's so DH wanted to do a digi (I guess seeing the word pregnant is the way he confirms...lol) so this afternoon I took the digi per DH's request and another BFP!!! But I'm a little concern with my temps, I went and I got a new termometer just in case my old one is dying but I don't think that's it because I got a jump on my temps this morning. I'm just praying this is not a chemical or I'm on the way to a miscarriage :-( So I'm trying not to freak out as there is not much I can do, at least I'm not cramping and no sign of spotting or bleeding but it's still early as I'm only 11DPO today. I have 2 $tree tests left for next week and I have a digi left and I'm calling the dr first thing monday morning. I'm trying not to get my hopes up just in case but it is sooo hard when you keep getting BFP and the lines get darker!!! Sorry if this got too long and thank you for reading this far.

Rose,

Congratulations! I knew it when I saw your chart this morning!
Here's my 2 cents....All of your temps have been well above the coverline. Stop temping! Otherwise, you'll drive yourself crazy with a temp that's .2 degrees lower, and not knowing what it means. In reality, your temps are going to fluctuate. Temperature is only an indirect measure of progesterone, which fluctuates during the day.

I would definitely go in and get a progesterone level checked, so you can either set your mind at ease or get supplements if needed. Try not to worry!

Hugs and happy and healthy 9 months!

Congrats! I felt the same a few weeks ago. I tested for many days and finally DH got me a digital and it seemed more believable lol. It's hard to stop temping.

Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Thanks Ladies! I really appreciate all of your support you guys are the best! Well I took my temp this morning with my old thermometer because I forgot to put the new one on my night stand and another jump :-) so that helped me had a more relaxed day with DH and DS. Tomorrow morning I'll probably temp again and then I'm going to try to put my thermometer away and will call the dr first thing in the morning to at least get my blood test and betas and ask her about Sunday's suggestion on checking on my progesterone levels and then I'll call the LLL leader and the lactation consultant for support with trying to keep my milk supply during the pregnancy which is the one thing I was afraid of If I got pg so I want to do everything in my power to keep my supply because I don't know what I'll do with DS if I loose my supply, I don't think he's ready to wean and to be honest with you guys, I'm not ready either!!!! I LOVE breastfeeding my baby and I would love to tandem nurse but there's so much I can do about it. Thank you guys so much again and I hope you guys get those so deserving BFP very soon. Happy Mother's Day!!
