I'm so sorry Tabitha's birth experience wasn't what you dreamed, yet I am incredibly thankful to hear that she arrived safely and is home with you.

I'm sorry the birth wasn't what you wanted, and hope that you heal very quickly, so you can get to enjoying life with your beautiful new family of 4!!!

Congrats! I'm so glad to hear from you, I was wondering about you and your little girl : ) It sounds like it was a very scary situation there for a while, and thank goodness Tabitha deceided she needed to come out sooner! Be kind to yourself and take the time you need to heal physically and emotionally. I tend to swallow feelings up and believe me it never works...

Congrats on your little girl, nat. Sorry about the birth. There are some good support groups out there and you may want to seek one out. Some of the language that you used in your story makes me think you felt a bit powerless in the experience. Might be good to work thru that. Of course, for now, rest up and heal. Hope you have gotten that jaundice knocked out already and that the things you can control are going well. All my best!

And how long do u think u will wait to ttc? I wish my fertility would stay away 18 months! With DD it returned at 11 and she was feeding all night still. I am only up with M once each night and I have already had a spotting episode, so am a but concerned she will be back early. We don't plan to try again till April 2013! We will see if my clock starts ticking before then! I will be 35 next year!! Hope you are getting rest, I will be lurking with you.

Hi, sorry this is late reply been busy with babies - understandably!

I had my postnatal check this week and the dr was asking me why i found the birth emotionally traumatising and i think ive got the main aspect down to feeling powerless. but also i suspect the operation may have been unnecessary and i need to belive it was to cope with the birth emotionally.

im getting there slowly, its going to take time and im
