On friday morning I spotted pink. I was hoping this was the rest of the blood from the bleed saw on the u/s and that it had just made it ways out. Saturday morning I spotted a lot more pink and called the on call dr. She was able to see me in the office, but I only found that out after I had dropped off my DH and DS1 at a birthda party. So off I go to the office with my 18mo DS with me. She did an exam, cervix fine, then to the u/s we see the baby but no heartbeat. so sad....was supposed to be 9w6days and baby measured 8w3d. Since i was already bleeding quite a bit dr thinks I can miscarry naturally. I would rather not have another d&c. so I am praying for this baby and for a quick and complete passing. I am so sad, angry, worried....I feel horrible.

So sorry to hear of your loss! I, too, had a natural miscarriage discovered more than a week after fetal death. It can be a longer process but we could try again after only one month's cycle afterward. The loss still makes me sad and my heart aches for you.

I too hope that the worst physically is behind you and that the ultrasound brings some measure of peace that physically things are complete. Emotionally though I know this is a much longer journey, and I will continue to keep you in my thoughts.

went back in for u/s yesterday and all is clear. the tech said my body did its job...so strange to fit back into my jeans and see the little bulge in my belly is gone after just one week. dr advises us to wait two cycles and I think we will, but I will keep charting just to see whats going on. I doubt I will ovulate in the 1st cycle, hope cycles are not too long.

thanks again for your thoughts and support.
