Hi there!
Welcome to the forum. Have you read the fact sheet on here about ttc while breastfeeding? It's full of ideas. Since you have only started some of the measures you are taking, perhaps it would be good to allow them a little time to work. You have to do what feels right for you and your family. I think I read the average time for AF to return is around 16 months so you may be very close. My DS is almost 18 months and I think DH would quite like him weaned but I'm not going to do it until DS is ready and it feels right. The benefits are too great to cut it short as far as I'm concerned! Best of luck with your journey. I hope it happens quickly for you and you have a nice healthy pregnancy soon!

It is totally possible. 14 months PP would still put you right about average for PPAF to return. Ours returned at 18m and we were BFing much more frequently.... our "grad" story is below. We were doing much of what you are doing now and also monitored CM and I was able to know when we O'd before AF even showed up.
That is always a good sign - one of these days (soon!) that stick is going to turn positive and it will be so darn exciting :) You are right at the average when many nursing mamas get back into the swing of that ovulating thing - GOOD LUCK! Jasmine
Yeah, the fact sheet is great!
Good luck!
Well, it's nearly 15 months now, still no AF.
