So our 15th anniversary is Jan 6. We are going to the Poconos in PA for 2 nights 3 days. I just realized last night and tracked it online last night to be sure as well, When we go on our kidless trip I will be O'ing. What perfect timing. I have pretty much given up on TTC but thinking about this last night gave me hope. I would so welcome a new LO but if it doesnt happen I wont be disappointed either. I am super busy with school. Finishing up my first semester this week, it's finals week now.

Hey !!!! Have a wonderful time on your trip - excellent timing too :) I will sprinkle some dust on you from here and cross all my crossables! We just got back from Mexico with the kids and wonder when we will be brave enough to go solo one day - not there yet but awesome for you that you get some time together. I hope your health issues clear up easily too.
Happy Anniversary and hugs, Jasmine

Thanks Jasmine! WOW you are brave for taking kids on a trip lol. It is alot of work. I dont know how this is gonna work with going away for so long without the LO but I guess we will see. This will be the first time we have been this far away from the kids, my oldest is 14 lol we dont go much of anywhere alone. Hope all is well with your family and the bun in the oven. I miss coming here and chatting but it is better if I try to stay away a good bit. I cant handle too much more of the high hopes then let downs. Happy Holidays!

Same to you my friend :) I hope your Christmas/holiday was lovely. Our trip to Mexico was good fun but for sure had its moments with 2 opinionated little boys accompanying us! I miss you around here but completely understand the need to stay away sometimes. Check in when you can and I am still very hopeful for you.

Oh Mellisa :( That just sucks - I hope the spotting goes away and you are wrong. Glad that you had a good trip anyways - details when you can please. Was it hard being away without the kids?

It was kinda hard being away from my LO. The older two stay at grandmas all the time so no biggie. When we left Alex didnt have a fit. He did ok all day but when it came to night he tossed and turned and whimpered and the first night he got up and stayed up for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. I had some seperation anxiety the 2nd day and night. It was hard to sleep. I was extremely happy to go home and get a big hug and kiss. The next few days Alex wouldnt let me out of his sight.

The trip was awesome!!! We got there in 6 hours. We signed in and went to our room. The facilities are not all in the same building so we had to drive to our room from the main office. We had to drive to the night club, dinner, gift shop and everything but its only like a minute drive. If it were summer we could have walked down the hill but it was freezing! Dinner the first night was ok. It was a buffet. We didnt do much that night but check out our room that had a 7ft champagne jacuzzi tub, heated pool, sauna and massage table in the room. it was 4 levels in the room. I have pics on Facebook if anyone is on facebook you can see if you add me as a friend, (mellisa brown givens). The second day we had breakfast in bed with champagne. We took a horse and carriage ride, rode snow mobils and watched them call for deer at feeding time they just ran right to them like 15 deer. We took a ride around the near by town. Those people are crazy lol. they were walking out in the middle of a lake that was frozen and had tents up on the ice lol. No way would I do that. We went to the nightclub twice. They had

That champagne tub is sooooo cool! LOL - you must have had some good fun up there! (how do you get up there to get in?!?).....So glad you had a fun time - sorry that it didn't end in a BFP but still, glad you got to go.

It's ok I guess the time is not right for another.. the entrance for the tub was up on the upper level where the bathroom is. It actual looks like a full champagne glass but really its only half a glass made out of plastic or something and a mirror behind it to make it look like a full glass.

How are you feeling these days? When is your due date? I am waiting for some pics :)
