I do know however that there will be no chance of concieving our no 2 if she keeps feeding like this, I was wondering what you ladies did/doing to spur on your fertility? did you have to toally wean? Is there anything I can take to pur on ovulation? I have not ovulated this month as no CM whatso ever excuse the crudeness but I have been as dry as a bone oh noooo:wacko: so just wanted to join some ladies who are in the same boat as me! Hello and welcome :) I love your DD's name -so sweet!
Please don't worry about sharing too much info on here - no info is too much for us and we obsess about cervical mucous and such all the time ! Have you checked out our TTC Fact Sheet in the Info section below? There are some helpful tips that might interest you.....it sounds like you might be one of those mamas who does need to wean a tiny bit in order to get things going.....maybe try some vitex (chaste berry) to help jump start things again. I used it after #1 and #2 as BF'ing really held my cycles back too. There is lots of good info in the Info section down below about vitex too. Are you taking any supplements (b complex or calcium/magnesium?) I found those super helpful too. As for CM, BF'ing can be very drying - maybe order some preseed to help in that department....it is sperm friendly lubricant - can order online if you google it.
I know how frustrating it can be when you want another but you don't want to limit the one you already have - it took me a long time to get cycling again too. I do know that we all seem to be so different as to how our bodies react to the hormones of BF'ing... hang in there and don't panic too much yet - 2 is still really young if you ask me and it is nice that you are giving Miss Annabelle a bit more time to be her mama's baby girl......hang with us for some support and cheering along - you will see a BFP sooner then later.
Hugs, Jasmine
