Hey ladies :) I have been meaning to post a nice long update for weeks now - Christmas kept us very busy and then the week after that was all about high fevers, yucky colds, ear infections etc......Baby girl was sick for over a week with a stinking cold and then an ear infection - she was just miserable and cried a lot which is very unlike her. For Christmas I got myself a nice case of mastitis in my left boob.....sooooo painful and unpleasant - I had one night of puking, horrible headache, high fever, a most untouchable breast and just felt like crawling under a rock for the rest of the year. It was difficult times as I also coupled the mastitis with a stinking chest cold that is only just now going away. Thank goodness for my husband and my understanding and caring boys who took care of me. Thank goodness for my mom!!!!!

We had a lovely Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year around our house. We host Christmas Eve and had a great time. Christmas morning was magical... and after lounging in pajamas until noon we hit the beach and relaxed and pretended the house was clean.

We said a fond farewell to 2011. It was a very good year to us. We feel so lucky to have family and friends who we care so much for and feel the same in return. To end the year learning that after patiently twiddling our thumbs we had conceived #3 was a total and utter welcomed surprise. This will probably be our last pregnancy so we look forward to 2012 savoring the end of a very long journey in our family.

Wishing everyone peace in the New Year and looking forward to reading everyone's updates!!

Sorry to hear you and your littlest one were sick over the holidays Jasmine! Hope you are all 100% better now!

Our Christmas was lovey, we spent Christmas Day in the city with my family, and Boxing Day out on the farm with my hubby's family. It was very relaxing, and lots of fun with DS....being 20 months now, he had a blast opening his and everyone else's presents - very different to 12 months ago, when he didn't really have a clue what was going on! 2011 was mostly a very happy one for us, particularly seeing our little man grow into such a fun little rascal! And very happy to top off the year with a BFP on hubby's birthday. There is a lot to be thankful for.

I wish all of you lots of health, happiness, love and good fortune in 2012!
