Hi :) Well as PP stated, I think the only way to know for sure is to temp and see that thermal shift. I did night nurse both our sons a lot and for a long time and was able to see a pattern in my charts after a few months. That said, watching for your other signs of O'ing are very helpful and maybe less stressful to work with right now.....if you are getting good CM at around the same time each month, it is a great sign although not a for sure. If you are not in a hurry just yet, maybe just give it a few cycles and see what happens. As for OPK's, I always tested 2x day for the surge - at around 11:00 a.m. every day (apparently FMU is not the best to use) and then again around 6 p.m. - this helped to make sure we didn't miss it!
