I am brand new here, so please forgive me - I'm not yet fluent in all of the acronyms.

Background: My daughter is 26 weeks old, stopped breast feeding / pumping at 22 weeks.

Hi and welcome :) I think that you are on the right track with your vitamins (yes, take both! and maybe add a calcium/magnesium Supplement too)......taking your temps and charting is also right no track - you might want to add charting your CM to watch for fertile signs and for sure buy some cheap OPK's off of the internet so that you can watch for your LH surge :) I would imagine that if you have stopped nursing completely you will for sure see O soon but just remember that it might take a month or so for everything to regulate. Every one is different so it is hard to say what your body will do but we do have many success stories here with women that caught the surge, BD'd in the right time, and shortly after - BFP :)

Stick around until you get preggo!

You should be looking for a nice regular and consistent temperature before O and a nice rise the day after O - for at least 10 - 12 days. Fertility Friend.com is a great place to keep track of your cycles and get helpful hints etc. Sign up :)

Let us know if you have any more questions and good luck!

Thank you, Jasmine.

Of the four days that I've charted, my temp was 97.0, 97.3, 97.0, 97.2.

I've joined FF and will continue the charting.

Is it typical or expected that my

I'm reading some of the other pages....what does IC and DC mean?

I don't see these on the fact sheet.

Hi!

I'm not sure out of context, but IC probably is Internet Cheapie, and DC is probably Darling Child. There are no dumb questions. We've all been new here at some point :)

Your temps sound good so far. Nice and stable. Typically, the more wonked your hormones are, the more your temps will be all over the board. If you want to post a link to your chart in our chart thread, Karen Lynn can add it, and we can all obsess with you ;)
