I'm reading the best book ever for fertility, so I thought I'd share with anyone who's interested. It's by Randine Lewis. It's very eastern medicine, but it's stuff you can do, and changes you can make, without going to an accupuncturist. It has a checklist, that helps you determine your "diagnosis" and then goes on to tell what to do to balance your system and increase your fertility from there, based upon that diagnosis. Basically, dietary changes, herbs, accupressure, etc.
In the AMA section, she says that women should be able to have babies up until menopause. I like that very much :)
My thought is that, even though I know why I"m having fertility issues(bfing), increasing my fertility still can't hurt. When we were ttc DS, and I was 20, it took about 6 months, so I've never been a fertile myrtle. With DD, it took somewhere between 9 months and a year. And that was with a 14-15 day lp.
