Anyone ever tried these after BD. Of course their website can't say that it would work but is it worth a try?
I accidentally bought some because the drugstore was out of my brand of tampons. They're... not as convenient. lol. Not terrible though. I figured why not.

I fretted over it the first cycle, thinking, was I doing it right? and hopeing I wasn't actually blocking the sperm from my cervix. But its really very easy to tell, if you go about your day and not much of anything "comes out" (tmi) then it's doing its job.
The best way I found to use it was, to stay laying in bed and lay there for 10-15mins if you can with things elevated so all the goodies go where they're supposed to, and then put it in while on your back with your feet flat on the bed so you're still elevated. I wore mine for 3-4 hours after with the first cycle but then the second I did almost the full 12 hours they can be in.
Also, this is totally TMI*******but I read if you can manage to have the big O (not ovulation lol) while bd'ing it really opens up your cervix. Alternatively, it can be very hard to O when you're bd'ing for a baby somtimes so you can also do what you need to to O after the cup is in and it does the same thing....just sayin ; )

Oh good! :) Thanks for sharing your experience with it. I just keep thinking that with all the NFP training I have that tells me that sperm can live for up to a few days in the right conditions inside our bodies... why not keep them there longer? I think we'll try that... I"m sure DH will think this is really weird... lol. Also, now that we're all getting shoveled out of this snow I need to make a call (finally) to my midwife group... I don't think they'll tell me anything new but maybe they'd let me try clomid... not sure I want to go there, but maybe.

We did this right before we moved on to IUI. We have severe male factor so needed IUI to get pg. We actually dtd into the cup then put it in. In order for us to feel secure we always do it together then at the last second put it in the cup. Sorry if that was TMI.
