Oh crap. Literally-lol. When I first bought my house, happened twice. Don't have a basement, but it ruined my living room carpet (which was new) completely. It turned out we have a crazy funky plumbing thing that cost 4k to fix and involved digging up our entire front yard, where I had just spent a ton planting flowers. Seriously considered setting the house on fire and going out drinking :)

You know, I think I liked the progesterone better in theory, truly. It made me feel crappy and pregnant, up to and including a hso cervix, which I thought it wouldn't do. I also read recently about a woman who had such low progesterone she was having a 6 day lp, and got pg. Tested progesterone- fine. So, I think it's quite possible that having a viable pregnancy will elevate the progesterone enough on its own. So, we just gotta get that viable pregnancy going....
You're right, I have relaxed a lot, telling myself I'm not going to stress for 3 months, because the book says it could take that long. Now, after 5 or 6, I might start stressing again....

My vacation was good and bad. The mountains were beautiful, and K loved the lake. However, evidently my mother and her crappy H (who I've never liked- he's a jerk) think K needs more socialization. They came to this opinion, because when mom's H first sees her, he does this really loud airplane thing, coming straight toward her, ending with almost hitting her on the chest. This is scary to her, and I usually just pick her up and leave the room before he can accomplish it. I've told him a couple of times that scaring her might not be the best way to get to know her. Mom and her H think that she's only scared because she's not socialized enough, and needs to get into daycare or pre-k asap. I was sorely tempted to mention that, as a pediatric nurse, it's possible that I've studied child development a bit more recently than they did (or didn't). And, gee, didn't his kids turn out not so good?

Hey Karen-Lynn :) I am crashing your post to say sorry about your house issues of late - no fun and wow, things do cost a lot when you own a house don't they? Hope it gets sorted out for as little as possible....

Oh and your story about Anthony is so cute! It reminds me of Emmett - he isn't nursing at all anymore but his love of my boobs goes on.....called a time out in his game with his big brother tonight to basically feel me up and snuggle up to them. He only does this at home thank goodness lol - but oh my, he gets such comfort from just having a feel or giving them a pat or kiss once in awhile. Crazy little guy!

I hope your BFP is coming soon :)

Hugs, Jasmine
