Baby sleeps through night - check
Baby eats solids - check
Baby only nursing at bedtime so formula most of the time - check

It sounds like it should be any time. It takes our bodies and hormones a couple of months to catch up on the changes we've made, so hopefully you're almost there. The waiting stinks, though, that's for sure. I'll be happy to send her to you, I'd rather not see her for a while ;)

How old is your baby? I know I didn't get ppaf until 17 months pp. Everybody is different, though. I know some get theirs earlier.

Good luck. I know waiting to get back in the game stinks!

Remember that the longer it's been, the better your chance of being fertile BEFORE your PPAF!

DS is 7 months, but has been on formula, sleeping consistently (few days of teething as an exception) and solids for over a month.

Patience is something I am still learning about ;)
