So how is everyone?

I feel a bit out of touch with you all lately! There doesn't seem to be to much going on around the board lately, I'm sure some of us are dealing with "irl" stuff, as am I, but I thought I'd try to liven it up a little around here.

We've been away from home for what seems like forever, up until a week ago DD and I hadn't been home for more then 2wks since Aug! Soooo glad to finally be home for good and been busy getting EVERYTHING back on track, including our nursing schedule. Being away from home ment more nursing and it put my O off quite a bit as I thought it would. Finally ovulated 7 days ago, but I'm afraid I wasn't even looking for it to happen so our bd timing is not great, but we will see!

So how are all of you fairing these days?

Hi Daniele,

I just took a peak at your chart and I LOVE today's temp! Baby dust to you! I hope you get a BFP this cycle!

I haven't been around as much, myself, mostly because I went a little crazy about TTC, and realized I needed to take a break for a little while. I am excited to report that I got a +OPK yesterday, and I am hoping for a nice temp jump tomorrow or Friday.

Have a great evening!

Alyssa

It seems like since the board chance, it's been much more quiet around here!

I took another hpt today just to make sure and, of course, it was bfn.

Ah... yeah IRL stuff has been crazy. DH is starting a psychology/rehab type outpatient program (as of today) for food addiction/eating disorder/obesity. It's been a long road coming and very stressful (although he has lost a ton recently... all good) this will hopefully be the help he needs right now. That being said life is crazy. I really really really thought I was pregnant last cycle... and that's so hard - killer really to get over. I think I'm about to O....

DH had a semen analysis and i believe they told him his counts were good but motility/mobility was not awesome. He's been having trouble getting ahold of the doctor to chat about this.... no clue what we need to do. His testosterone levels have been down (and losing weight will eventually help - but being obese is likely the reason for both motility and low testosterone). Not sure what to make of all that... and on top of it we've just been so crazy busy around here that I haven't made an appointment with my midwives yet... need to do that (even just for a yearly exam... oops hehe). But I do need to see if there's something else we should be doing.

I started allergy shots for my allergy to mold - seems to be working, although it'll be a few months before I'm all worked up to the proper dose. Hopefully that will keep me off the harsh sterroids which are not good for pregnancy. As of right now I'm only on a very very low dose one every other day (safe for pregnancy). :) I can still breathe.

I'm sewing a LOT. Sanity. It really is. (check it out: http://mommysnaptime.blogspot.com).

I'd like to stop wanting to knock over the pregnant people at work... (i run the pregnancy/parenting section at a bookstore)... I'm working on that. lol.

Wow Dee that is great! You are right, at the end of the day God knows whats best and whats best is for you to have those meds this cycle! Sooo glad you don't have to worry about it through the whole weekend!

Eme, the pregnancy and parenting section? Really?! That is harsh! You gotta get out of there lol. Congrats on your hubby loosing weight and really getting help for himself, that is a big step! It sounds like everything is headed in the right direction for your BFP. I hate it when we convince ourselves that this is the bfp cycle. I swear never to do it but that happend to me just last cycle too : ( I had an implantation dip, spotting, the whole nine yards and still a bfn...so hard : (. Looks like this cycle is starting to look the same way too....I had a bit of a dip today and last night a noticed a *small* bit of spotting, just color really (brown) and not enough to add to my chart yet...but its the same CD that it started last cycle WTH?

Anyway its good to hear from you guys! Dee your appointment is today I think I remember so I will be checking back to hear from you! : )

Thanks for the baby dust! I wish I had good news... The hag showed this am.... Boooo! 5 day LP. Sigh. At this rate, I might have a 10 day LP by the 4th of July. Looks like it is time to invest in progesterone!

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Oh bummer! I was afraid of that when I saw your temp drop. I thought about going on prog. too but with Naomi so close to being weaned I finally went ahead and stopped all together. She is doing ok, only thinks about it as she's going to sleep at night but atleast she's sleeping with us right now so she still has momma next to her....anyway lets hope both our LP's are much longer this time around!
