Well for those of you who are familiar with me I have officially night weaned LO two and a half weeks ago! Also I was underweight according to BMI, since night weaning I have gained 6lbs. This morning I had a teeny tiny bit of spoting on TP

Depending on what other kind of CM you are having, spotting can sometimes go along with O'ing... so just to be on the safe side if you want to TTC, I'd start having some fun and monitor your symptoms.

After I read your reply I figured that's what it must be but then today I started heavier spotting so I figure it must be my first PPAF. I'm glad to see it because at least things are starting to work again!

Alright!! It's a step in the right direction! :)

And way to go gaining the 6lbs... as I sit here devouring an entire batch of chocolate chip cookies I hope to add a few more myself! ;)

As of this morning I have full blown AF. I'm not gonna lie, now that I know I am O'ing I am getting a little bit of cold feet about having another LO!!! My sister said that she got that when she started trying for her second too. Did this happen to anyone else?

Hey Lady!!! Congrats on AF and nightweaning and (I can't believe I can say this to you...) on gaining some weight! :) I think that cold feet is quite a natural reaction when it comes down to it.....I am 14 weeks pregnant and nervous about how another baby is going to change our little family dynamics.....I think for me the fear of actually getting pregnant again was always overruled by the fear of disappointment I would feel each month by NOT getting pregnant. Let the reality sink in for a few weeks and see how you feel around O time next cycle !

Good luck and hugs, Jasmine

I think any big life change will cause second thoughts for most people. I go round and round myself, every month..."do I have time and energy for another LO?", " can we afford it?", "things are going so well for our family, will another baby change our dynamic for the worse", " what if something is wrong with the baby, can we handle that?", "are we pushing our luck?"

And then I think of how I love and need my siblings, and how I want my daughter to have that same bond with someone. I think of how much fun big families are. And then I pray that we are making the right decision...that, more than anything, quiets the doubt.
