Our DD just turned 3 months and we're planning on TTC when she hits 6 months or so. And, YES,

Hello Jamie and welcome,

I dont think you're crazy for trying so soon, our plan was to be pregnant by 6 months too... unfortunately DS is almost 13 months and still no bfp :(

Hi, Jamie!
I don't think you're crazy either. My sister and I are 18 months apart and I always wanted to have children that were close together in age.
I can't add any advice to what has already been posted, other than to repeat it... temp, temp, temp.
Good luck and baby dust to you!

Thanks, Ladies; I was nervous I was going to get a lot of strange looks, but I feel better now.
With baby #1, it was easy- she just sort of happened, and that was thrilling! So going into all of this is a bit overwhelming. I have been reading about methods for a while now, the charts and everything, and I think ya'll are giving me a good start. I already bought some OPKs, though it seems a bit pre-imptive... :smileyindifferent: And I'm going to buy a basal thermometer and jump in.

Another quick concern- my baby was an emergency c/s. I have read that it's best to wait until my LO is 9 months to put 18mos inbetween children for the best chance at a succesful VBAC. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks for all of the support! And good luck to ya'll, too.

Three months is really early for a PPAF, so I wouldn't start worrying yet.

Oh, and as far as the VBAC goes, your best bet is to talk to the doctor/midwife with whom you plan to deliver.

Yes! I went to CVS yesterday for Vitex, but they've never heard of it. Lol. So my LO and I are going to GNC this weekend to scourge the shelves...

Yours came back at 5 months? That's wonderful! I know I'm still early, but I feel like I will never be able to conceive again- and we haven't even tried yet... Sigh.

I will be pushing (no pun intended) for a VBAC, regardless of what it takes! (I mean, come on, if Michelle Duggar can have 13 vbacs, I can have 1.)
I'll check out the sources. Thanks.
