Hello,
Am I too impatient, is it too soon for me to take vitex?
LO is 11mo, we have been TTC for 5 months now and PPAF is nowhere to be found. I would really like to catch the first eggie.

I don't think you win the impatience award, not around here at least. I started taking vitex around 8-9 months pp.
You know, I never feel comfortable telling anyone it's ok to take anything. So, do your research, and if you feel like it's something that will help and not hurt, do what you feel in your gut is right.

I totally got ya beat for the impatience award. :) I started taking vitex a few weeks ago... so LO was 5 1/2 months? With a history of after pregnancy my fertility never returning (PPAF after 8 weeks both times and then gone forever lol!) I figured what the heck.
Like Sunday said, I did my own research and felt comfortable taking it. I've noticed some changes (had a short burst of increased supply followed by a few days of blockage and increased libido) but it's hard to say if that has anything to do with vitex or just random happenings.
