Trust cp or temps?

Okay my body is wacko, I haven't been able to consistently temp ( we have been gone for 2wks on vacation ), but when I came back my temps appear to be up, my usual temping time is 6:30am and my usual pre-o temps are 97.5-97.8 range, past 4 days; temps; 97.5 at 3am, 97.7 at 3:30am, 98.2 at 5am and today 98.4 at 5:30am. So I think I might have ovulated, but my cp feels the same to me medium/medium, can this be? Should I rely on temps more than cp? I thought that cp should drop to low/firm after ovulation. Any help appreciated. Thx.

Well, I don't know exactly what to tell you. Have you been consistently monitoring yoru cervical position? If it's stayed the same, then that may be your best indicator that you haven't yet ovulated, especially since you don't know if your temps have in fact shifted this cycle. If you missed a couple of weeks of temping, then you don't have a good reference point there.

What about cervical mucus? Did you notice any change in that? Of the three signs (temps, CP, CM) that is often the most reliable one.

Hang in there. Post partum cycles are so weird. It may just take a while to straighten this one out.

Thanks Beth for the input, I have tried to check cm pretty consistently, prior to going on vacation ( my previous posting), I was having some ewcm, on vacation ( it was hard to check cm since we were swimming/bd'ing alot, sorry so graphic) but I did notice some creamy cm and now recently it seems sticky to scant cm. Anyway, I guess time will tell.

Anita, awaiting something to happen with my cycles, lol.
