How do you keep the faith?

I hope you don't mind me posting, but I've been struggling with this issue and was hoping I could get some feedback.  I consider myself a Christian, but don't understand why God doesn't give babies to women who are good at heart.  It's so easy for women that don't want them, are too young or in bad situations to get pregnant, but so hard for women who are in a great marriage, wonderful home to have a baby.  Why won't God give us a baby? I find myself losing faith at times, and tired of continually thinking that it will happen the next month.  How do I keep my faith in God?

I'm so sorry that you are struggling with your faith, sending you lots of (((HUGS))). I do understand how hard it is to have faith when you aren't getting pregnant, it's a struggle to be positive. You just have to try to hang in there and keep saying to yourself that it will happen. I hope that you don't have to wait too much longer :smileysad:

huge hugs to you!!! I'm wondering if maybe you have a different perspective than God does. In his word the Bible he says that we are all sinners. That the heart is wicked above all. You see God doesn't see one sin as worse than another, we do that as humans to make ourselves feel better. I'm not picking on you - we are all in that horrible state. But that's why Jesus died for us, so that we can have forgiveness and move on. I say this to show you that no one is good at heart. NOw on to the baby part...
We simply don't know why God chooses to bless some with babies and not others. I think in those times we have to hold on tight in faith to God Himself. Immerse yourself in the Bible, pray more than ever and bring to mind all the wonderful things God has done in your life. We need to remember just how wonderful he is. Here is a verse to hold on to when that old devil tries to distract you from how loving God is... And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28). All things even includes the heartbreak and frustration of waiting to conceive. But this verse promises that God will use it for good and we can trust him in that.

The next question I'd ask is "what am I to do in the mean time"? The answer to that can be found in Matthew 6:33 (ESV)But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
In other words, keep yourself busy seeking God Himself and serving Him and He'll take care of the rest. That's not to say don't try to have a baby, it's just what you are to keep busy with.
I want to say how sorry I am that I missed your post for so long! ((((hugs))) I hope you can forgive me?
I'll be praying that you get your BFP very soon and that you grow in faith in Christ in the mean time. ((((huge hugs))))
