I can't think of any exact verse but I am really relying on the fact that God knows better than I do what all of the "what if's" are for having a baby and not having a baby.
"Your ways, O God, are holy, What God is so great as our God? You are the God who performs miracles. You display your power among the peoples...My times are in your hands." Psalm 77:13-14,31:10
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4: 6-7
These verses have been my strength and also the challenge that I have felt I need to rise up to in the midst of infertility:
Habakkuk 3: 17-19.
Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, 18 yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior.
19 The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.
This verse is like water to my soul! I love this verse and think of it often. I've personally never struggled with infertility but I have struggled in lots of other areas of my life. In the past we've struggled very much in our marrage as well as many other things. This verse has always conforted me.
The Lord will always give you something in His word to bring comfort we just have to be seeking Him in all we do.
Yes! I love the way that God's word is full of life. I read these verses and I know that there's life in me, even if I'm not getting pregnant right now. In different areas for each of us, life doesn't always work out how we'd like it to but God is always good and worthy of praise :-)
Psalms 143:1 1 Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness. This is a verse I lean in a lot. Hope it helps!
