Knew it was too good to be true

Vickie, I can't remember if I posted this info to you or not (I turned 43 today, so I'll use that as my excuse!). Do you remember Mattie from the boards? She adopted embryos, and so did Krista. I know you may not be ready to even think about that, but you might just tuck it away and mull on it. That's what I'm doing with the idea of using donor eggs. I'm on there yet mentally, but I'm chewing on it. I know that for Mattie, she said it cost around $4400, and that included travel and lodging. But heck, girl, I think the fact that you can GET pregnant is amazing. I can't even seem to accomplish that right now. So please just don't give up your dream of being a mommy. I think all of the members on our board and their respective stories are living proof that families are made in LOTS of different ways. Hugs to you, and I hope you're feeling better. Hey Vickie, One more thing I'm wondering about...have you had any testing done to see if there is a reason for the recurrent miscarriages? It could something that just needs to be corrected with a medication of some sort. I just keep thinking about you. Maybe it's some sort of clotting issue or something like that??? You've probably had the testing done and are thinking DUH, BRANDY, but I just wanted to throw that out there. I know you are sad but I'm so glad you're not giving up.
