Well since your numbers are almost double of what I just looked up to be the high end of 6 weeks pregnant I'd say you're having twins.

You already heard this from me at length... but GREAT NUMBERS!!! Congrats Krista!!!

I know you know that the range for a singleton @ 6 weeks LMP is 1,080-56,500 mIU/ml. You are... how shall I say this... well over that!!!!

I understand that Canadian Tire (for our American friends - the best all purpose hardware store in Canada) has great netting and such. Better to get a contractor over and get some safety system in place before Mark does the math and figures this out.

I am lovin' this journey!!

Woohoo! Congrats! Twins for sure! Lol! You better start preparing him for the possibility (proabability?) of two, you don't need him cracking his head on something from passing out at the u/s!

Thanks everyone...hey, no adding triplets to the mix...really! My Dh is already a bit on edge over the prospect of two. Although the numbers are high for one, the rate of doubling (every 48 instead of 24) seems more in line with a singleton. Since I have one already, I will be happy with just one, however, both DH and I agree that two more is better than no more. We will be happy no matter what.

I think Libby's idea is a great one for DH or maybe you should leave him behind all together when they reveal the 2nd heartbreat :o)
