Hello ladies!
Sorry I haven't been around; I continued working full-time right up to the last moment!
Kai Cassel (family name, ugh!)Shasteen was born March 31 at 8.1 lbs, 19.5 inches. Although my EDD was April 13, he was so big already that my dr recommended an early scheduled c-section so that's what we did.
Everything went perfectly! Kai is healthy, always hungry and VERY active. I'm in love (again!). Here are two pictures and this link can give you more if you care!

I will always be grateful for the support I found on this board as I struggled to get to this happy conclusion!

I don't take this blessing for granted. I will continue hoping desperately for each one of you to get not just a BFP (since so many of us have suffered miscarriages) but a BABY.
Dearest Krista, please don't give up. I will keep my fingers crossed that the stars align for you very soon. You deserve it -- I refuse to believe it won't happen.
And Brenda -- can't wait to see your girls!!
Best of luck to all you very worthy women. As someone who was skeptical to the very moment of birth that I was doing the right thing in having a second child -- I'm so thankful I didn't let my doubts stop me from experiencing this joy!
