There are just so many worries when we are pregnant > 40. I am very sorry to hear that this is now on your plate and no doubt dominating your mind. BUG HUGS.
Third term US measurements are not as reliable as those taken earlier on... so it is VERY likely that everything is OK.
What does your doctor say now about your odds?

Good luck on a happy outcome. I know for me none of my third trimester u/s gave an accurate weight. Two days before my 3rd daughter was born they gave me a weight estimate of 8 pounds but she was 10.3 just 2 days later.
Try not to worry because it certainly won't change anything.
