3-6 month waiting room

hi, all,
I've enjoyed this board so much that I've decided to hang out here while waiting for my donor egg application to be approved and my donor magic to begin instead of the donor egg board. The RE said 3-6 months is the typical waiting time -- he said that 1.5 months ago. Anyway, if anyone else wants to hang out in my item line, feel free! Right now my period is non-existent (hopefully it is just a reaction from all of the IVF meds) and am pretty sure I'm not ovulating. Oh, and I'm on no fertility meds whatsoever. But, I'm fun! so, come on in and pull up a chair....

We can discuss .... pineapple upside down cake recipies and progesterone cream brands ;-)

best,
martha

Hey you guys!

I thought of both of you when I took out Making Babies (by Sami S. David and Jill Blakeway)

Susan, I am at work and the book is home on my dining table. :( I think there were herbs invovled--false unicorn root or perhaps chasteberry? And also an ACU session will induce ovulation. There is more but I don't have the book on me. :(

Maybe your local Barnes & Noble will have it or the library. Do you go to ACU?

I forgot to add that I will look it up tonght for you when I get home! I do remember him saying that if the O happens too late, that there is more change of M/C. I also seemed to think that your issues might have to do with low progesterone based on the book. It's worth a look at least--oftentimes you can read large excerpts on the amazon site--the tab that says "peek inside this book." Sorry you haven't O'd yet. :( Good luck!!

Hey Susan!
I think it was the consecutive chemicals that made me think progesterone for you (not the O issue). I will def look that up for you!
