The level was 15 nmol/L - coverted to the US measurement - that means 4.71 ng/mL. Drs feel you need a progesterone level of 10 ng/mL for a viable pregnancy.
Well, at least it means I ovulated. I found this:

Several other biochemical parameters can be used to determine if ovulation has occurred--eg, an elevation in serum progesterone (>= 4 ng/mL )

Our 1st precious baby together - m/c @ 8wks - Feb 14, 2004,
plus several chemical pregnancies since.
My three children : 16y, 27y, 29y
Plus 5 + previous babies lost.
What's the point of being so fertile if I can't hold onto one little baby?
Catherine I'm so sorry.
Cathie
I ovulate regularly, with nice high temps post-O, my charts are better than some 20y olds! I am currently taking Maca, Vitex, a homeopathic tinture for preventing miscarriage that contains False Unicorn, and rubbing on progesterone cream after I ovulate. But still it doesn't seem to be enough...
