Any insurance recommendations?

Hi Everyone,

I need to change insurance cos because my HMO just doesn't cover enough of what I need. I was wondering if you ladies could recommend any insurance companies and plans. I live in New York City and work for myself. I am not married and would be getting the insurance by myself unless I found something that made sense for both my BF and myself. HE is currently also with a different HMO.

Hi--I just signed up for healthy ny. You can pick any plan you like and they cover alot. There are deductables for delivery and hospital stay...but only a small amount compared to what having a baby without ins. costs. Go to the web site healthyny.com and you can get all of the information. Good luck

DH and I are having great luck with Private Health Care Systems (PCHS).
