Anyone successful w/ IUI after m/c's?

I'm 41 years old and I don't have trouble getting pg, but I have had 2 m/c and 1 biochemical pregnancy. After a battery of tests which were normal (including low FSH of 5.3) , we're assuming it is age related chromosomal abnormalities (I know based on testing that the 2nd miscarriage was a trisomy). My RE says we can try IUI to increase the number of eggs in the cycle, but that there is no strong statistical evidence that this helps the odds. She also suggested IVF with PGD, but this is quite expensive and obviously more invasive.

We're planning on trying the IUI and I was just wondering: has anyone else gone down this road and what is your understanding of the likelihood of improving the chances with IUI? Did anyone have a successful pregnancy using IUI after recurrent m/c?

Thanks. And good luck to everyone.

Hello and glad you found us!!!

I did iui's after m/c's but with further testing it was found that I had tubal problems and they would not work.

I'll be using Follistim, starting with 150 IU per day.

That's sounds like a good starting point.
