Thanks for sharing this article. I just had my 3rd daughter in August and we are trying for another now. I never really thought about the future, even when pregnant with Marley...UNTIL about 2 months before I gave birth to her I started getting severe joint pain-like to the point where I cried every morning upon waking. After her birth it just kept getting worse and worse-finally a couple of weeks ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Long story short, during this whole ordeal, I kept thinking, wow, is this what it feels like to be old? I don't want to be old and then that of course, led me to think about the fact that when Marley is 20 I will be 61! Heck, when Marley is 20, my oldest daughter will be 38! I made a New Years, life resolution to start eating better, I plan to get more and more vegan as time goes on, and have also made a committment to at least go for a walk every day. I realize I am not a "work out" person-I will never go to the gym and work up an atrocious sweat-thats just not me. But something is better than nothing.
