Can you get pregant after endo ablation

I am 45 and really wanto to get pregnant again.. But i had an endometrail ablation a few years ago.. That is where the inside of the womb is lazered.. i know i still ovulate .. but periods are very light.. Is there medication or maybe a site or a MD i can be refered to for info..
