Another over-40 mom-to-be. :)
She did IVF 6 times and this one was a success. All the challenges and highs and lows, and now she is expecting twins! I am really happy for them.

That is wonderful. I think it is good that she has been so open about her struggles, too often women face these things but never find a place to talk about it and get support like we have found here. There are a lot more women around us who struggle with infertility whether primary, secondary or later in life than most of us will ever know because no one ever talks about it.

Ugh, six IVFs? I wouldn't have the stamina (or money!) for that. Good for her, though.

I know what you mean, Susan!! I was sort of hoping she was older too! But there is always Kelly Preston. :)

...and my co-worker who, just 3 months ago, had her first baby at 46 years old! :)
