Hi everyone,

My DH and I have been TTC for about 10 months.

Sorry I didn't get on here earlier, hope you got an answer from someone. My doctor told me to wait until I had a normal flow to count that as CD1, provided it happened before 4pm. If it was later than that, even if I was spotting or had a slow flow before that time, I was to wait and count the next day as CD1. Not all doctors do that, but lots of them do. I guess you really need to talk to your doctor, but I am sure if it has only been spotting that it won't count as CD1, you will need to wait until you have a normal flow going. Frustrating at times, I know, but if you continue to have trouble with it not coming, there are other meds that can help. And if this is your first month on clomid, then that could be part of the issue too. It could just take a few more days than usual for it to start.

Clomid can also extend your cycle length by a few days too-at least that is what my OB told me. If you have always had normal cycles, I would say AF will come, just be patient.

I know it is hard to sit out a cycle, but you should still have a 'normal' flow.

My RE always said that day 1 is the first day of "full flow".

I have done 3 cycles of Clomid back to back-50 mg>100mg>150mg and that is what I will be doing again this time-I will be on my 2nd month once AF shows.
