Dang straight, waiting to Ovulate :)

I wanted to start a thread for those of us in the first half of our cycles, and waiting to O. Are you waiting to O?

I am supposed to O in about a week, and I'm really trying to take some very proactive steps to give my follicular phase every fighting chance to hatch a good egg.

What do you guys do during this time (besides BD of course!!!)

I am going to do YOGA to keep relaxed and calm

Eat more fertility foods---avocados, pumpkin seeds, asparagus, black raspberry leaf tea, etc, etc

I am going to try with all my heart and soul to try to be happy and joyful and hopeful and positive now more than ever. I have been struggling with increasing anxiety and depression as the TTC journey grows longer, but I think that it is soooo very important for me to try to focus on my joy and worth as I am now, today, with all that I have (and not focus on what's missing.)

So here is our waiting to O room. Pull up a chair. Let me pour you some raspberry leaf tea. :)

Ooo...Im gonna be in that 2 week wait in such a short time ;-) 97.6 % sure that I'll surge tomorrow ( Im using a different brand b/c my Acu gave them to me for free, so not quite the read I am used to. They are the Early-Pregnancy-Test.com ones. They seem to fade in similarly to the Target ones I prefer).

Anyway...Im catching that eggie this time, hoping its a good one! d'oh!

It would be a total dream to be expecting the same month as Susan CB & Mattie (we can dream right?) Maybe we'll have a rash of BFP's in their honor over the next several weeks.

I'm soooo confused about my body. And worried

I haven't surged. In fact, it seems that my OPK's are lighter...today is day 13. last cycle I (think) I o'd on day 12 and the cycle prior, I had a definite positive on day 14. But why am I not getting a postiive. I wasn't 100 percent sure last cycle that my o was positive. I felt that acu had messed it up. I'm beyond confused. and frustrated.

Jeanne how often do you test with the OPK's? I am starting today, have never done it but a couple times just to see how it worked, wasn't even close to O time but today is CD10 and I am going to test til I see a + or start AF. I have read online that you should test late morning and early evening, and then I have also heard 4 times a day because it is so
