Are you in the 2ww? Does time go so slow while waiting to test? Do you have any symptoms that are unusual for you? Feel free to share daily symptoms, rant about the wait, or

Wow, this is heavy stuff. Unfortunately from going to my heartbreaking choices support group I do know that lots of things can happen in pregnancies at any age, yes pregnancy is stressful and worrisome but really let's just all focus on GETTING pregnant and then cross that bridge when we get to it if we ever do and I wish we all do every time I drop a penny in a fountain and wish on the first star I see at night. hugs and love - Sharon

I wasn't trying to be "heavy" so much. I am a realist, so to me it's like DUH, there's complications in pregnancy. But my DH is very senstive for a doctor. Maybe because he is a recent grad (medicine was 2nd career for him), but the stuff he diagnoses and sees at the hospital still weigh heavily on his mind. I have seen him get misty eyed talking about someone who got cancer at 39. I am sooo glad he didn't decide to do pediatrics, it would have kicked his ass. Anyway, the point is, he is deeply afraid of losing me but he too realizes you can't live life that way. I was just so happy that we had such a lovely conversation about it and it and I felt like he heard me. I certainly don't want to die either but you know it will happen and it may be now or in 40 years from now (hopefully the latter). I just think it is great that we spoke about our fears together and we both felt a resolution. That isn't saying that it won't be other difficult conversations down the road. I wasn't trying to give you all one more thing to worry about, I figured most of you were aware of the complications... at least the possible complications.

Michele,

My husband has the same issues. He worries about my health and complications as well as a baby.

Annemarie,

Yeah I'm not much of a worrier myself, more of a go with the flow kind of gal. Life is life, it isn't like you have much control over the end result. All we can do is live it to the fullest and love as much as we can while we are here.

4dpo woo hoo! So FF was a bit out of sorts with my wake times of late, but it seems this morning's temp gave me a CL and put me right where I thought I would be for O date. CD 14 - very happy about that. FF was still considering CD12 slightly too early though I know 12 is also not all that unsafe. Still hoping.

I had sore bbs one morning a couple of days ago, other than that my nose has been running for two days now, but I otherwise feel just fine so not thinking I'm sick, but I do have year round allergies, so that is not all that uncommon for me. FX'd for us all. Merry Christmas to all and wishing you many heart felt gifts in the next few days. My gift to all of you is one big giant jar of baby dust....
