Hi Brandy!! Yup! I take Free & Easy Wanderers--have been for the last 3 months to help regulate my cycle and control PMS. It has been great. So far, just about all my really nasty PMS symptoms (Physically) have gone down no practically nothing. Emotionally though, I still have a lot of mood swings, but my acupuncurist assured me that we will "work on it."
I have had no stomach side effects at all on this. I did feel fatigue when I first started taking it but my acupuncurist was pretty sure that was my PMS itself not the pills. What is your dosage? I would ask your acupuncurist about that. (By the way, is there a msg. board abbreviation for Acupuncurist like we have for RE??? I am getting tired of typing out that word!! LOL!!)
I take 12 teapills, twice a day on an empty stomach. Are you taking anything else?
I only take these for 2 weeks AFTER O. The two weeks before O I take Women's Eight Treasure teapills.
According to my Acupuncturist (or how about ACU for short?? ;)), the Free & Easy are good for PMS, and the Eight Treasures are for building back up after the big bleed of AF.

Oh I also wanted to add that in the past, I was afraid to take the Free & Easy's straight thru my LP because I was afraid I might be PG, but my ACU assured me that you can take them while PG and he wants me to take them in the beginning if I become PG. Just wanted to share that with you. :)

I got different mileage from Free & Easy Wanderer. I drank it as a tea and really grew to like the taste -- kinda like beef bouillon (which is funny because I am 99% vegetarian). But it didn't seem to do anything for me, good or bad. Still got lousy PMS, still had short cycles. I guess nothing will work on everyone.
